Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were conveniently located near our own, making the stay more enjoyable. However, being only 8 blocks from the train station on the main boulevard, there was some noise to contend with.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, perfectly situated near the central station, offering spacious and quiet rooms with a rooftop breakfast spot. The service was exceptional, with a young lady going out of her way to chat with guests and offer valuable tips for exploring the city.
The hotel has a central location in Palermo, making it convenient for sightseeing; however, noise from the food fair at night was a disturbance. The service, especially from Francesco and Greta, was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The rooftop dining experience offers fantastic views but could improve its breakfast selection.
I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a mixed experience. The rooms were very nice and clean, although they could benefit from some upgrading. The service was somewhat lacking, but the location was convenient for exploring Palermo. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel offers decent size rooms with large bathrooms and showers, complemented by a surprisingly good breakfast buffet on a lovely terrace with an amazing view. However, occasional noise disturbances from nearby party-goers waiting for the toilets next to our room can be disrupting.
The hotel rooms may feel dark and a bit depressing, but they are surprisingly spacious and soundproof. The service stands out with staff offering larger rooms upon complaint and displaying a pleasant and endearing character. The location is excellent near the old town of Palermo, though it lacks a lively atmosphere late at night. The dining options are satisfactory, with freshly baked cakes and some hot breakfast items available. Overall, the hotel offers comfort and good value for money.
